If you’ve heard of Human Design but have no idea what it’s all about, this is for you.
There is a ton of information out there, but for anyone brand new (like me not that long ago!) I’ve broken it down into a couple of super simple things to get you started, and for you to see if it’s something you’d like to explore further… (there are also links to some blogs for more Human Design insights)
1. Look up your Human Design chart
To get started ensure you have your correct birth date, time and location.
You can then look up your loved ones charts and see what comes up (disclaimer: it was at this point when I did my kids’ charts that I became super curious!)
2. Find your type, strategy and authority
There is SO much depth to Human Design and your experiment with it, but when you’re just getting started your type, strategy and authority are the first things to explore. If you start to embody these and lean into them, you will likely find that much of what your chart says is already intuitively known by you (but it might be hidden under years of conditioning!)
3. Explore your strategy
Journal on your type, strategy and authority and start to question things in your life, decisions made, challenges you’ve faced etc. and explore whether those challenges might have happened at times when you were not living in alignment with your design.
4. Decide what’s next for you
If you’re interested in exploring further, I highly recommend a personalised Human Design reading where you can really uncover all the nuances in your personal chart. I offer
I’d be honoured to read your chart (alongside your child’s or partner’s chart too) and I offer a range of options for you that best suit your family. I offer recorded readings, or live sessions, or a mixture of both.
